The Approach
Arvum Investments focuses on situations where pricing dislocations exist relative to the quality of the underlying asset. These are not distressed buildings. They are sound, completed residential properties where complexity, tenure structure, or market conditions have created quality for value that rewards disciplined, experienced acquirers.
Income is secured from the point of acquisition. The structure is designed to return capital efficiently and to provide investors with genuine flexibility throughout the Flexible Hold Period, not simply at the end of it.
Each acquisition is managed with institutional exit firmly in mind. Independent legal and accounting oversight is provided throughout by Gateley Legal and Stein Richards.

How We Operate
Arvum Investments operates on an introduction and referral basis. The firm does not publicly market its opportunities.
Detailed information including asset-level data, financial models and legal documentation is made available to prospective investors following an initial conversation.
Every acquisition sits within its own SPV with independent valuation at both entry and annual review. Investors receive quarterly reporting at asset level. Governance is documented and maintained throughout the Flexible Hold Period. Legal representation is provided by Gateley Legal. Accounting and audit services are provided by Stein Richards.
